Sales Terms and Policies:

1. Prices are subject to change without notice.   Online retail sale with discounted price is strictly prohibited!
2. Shipping charges include the UPS Ground/USPS rate, insurance, handling, and if appropriate, COD charges.  These charges apply to split shipments unless other arrangements have been made.
3. Customer account is needed before placing first order.  First customer orders are shipped COD or by credit card. When credit has been established, orders may be sent on net 30-day account. Overdue accounts are charged at 3% interest per month.  All accounts that are overdue 90 days are placed on COD or prepaid only.
4. If you find an error or missing piece from your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.  Prior authorization is needed on all returns.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  If we accept a return, you are still responsible for any shipping or restocking fees. 
5. A service charge of $25.00 will added for all returned checks.
6. There is a minimum of $100. for the first order.  Minimum re-order is $100 (negotiatable).
